Movie Night

One of our favorite things to do is have a family movie night. This was a Friday night and the kids are all ready for the movie with their "cowboy bed" (a bed made on the living room floor), and popcorn (Mary's favorite part). On this particular evening the movie was the Walt Disney Davy Crockett--yeah, for old movies. Silas will eventually fall asleep. Mary on the other hand just gets more and more wound up and starts running in circles like a crazy women. We finally have to put her in her room, in the dark, and quiet. I am sure she would eventually fall asleep in the living room, but I have never wanted to stay up and find out when that would happen.
